Anyway, that is a wonderful initiative. I have identified with the person who suggested that the management need to have a blue print of their vision and work at achieving it with good management techniques, else, not much could be achieved in many years. In addition to this there should be a kind of staff development plan using local resource base instead of relying on external support. I suggest that IN-Service training could be organise for the teaming staff who probably lack sufficient knowledge in psychology and pedagogy. It doesn't matter whether the facilitators understand Arabic or not. What is important here is for the Academic staff to adopt and implement to the advantage of the children. Again, we need to be patient and motivate children to learn, because it is a pride for a teacher to see his or her pupil excel.

I BELIEVED ANBARIYA USUAL FAIL IN THEIR ACTIVITIES JUST BECAUSE THEY LACKING LONG TIME DEVELOPMENTAL PLANS AND UNTIL ANBARIYA COMES OUT WITH THIS LONG TIME DEVELOPMENTAL PLANS WHICH COULD COVER 5 YRS OR MORE YEARS AND WORK VERY HAD TOWARDS ACHIEVING IT, THEN ANBARIYA WOULD ONLY ACHIEVE SLIM SUCCESS USING MORE YEARS. IN ADDITION TO THIS, I BELIEVE WITH GOOD INITIATIVES ,CREATIVENESS,SELFLESSNESS, STRONG AND GOOD MANAGERIAL STYLE OF MANAGEMENT, ANBARIYA CAN USE LESS THAN 3 YRS TO ACHIEVE ALL IT'S SET TARGETS. MAY ALLAH HELP US TO DO IT.

Assalamu Alaikum and Eidl Mubarak,
Permit me to thank all those who mooted the idea, designed and launched this website. I think the creation of such a medium of communication has been long overdue. Jazakha Allahu Khairan to all of the brains behind its creation.
As an alumnus of Anbariya I feel proud to see the good works of our grandfather Sheikh Yusuf Ajura and the seed he sowed blooming. Thanks to all the Teachers, Tutors, Professors, Administration and Leadership of Anbariya Islamic Institute.
I strongly believe there is so much we can do with this powerful medium called the Internet, using the Web Technology, in our bid to propagate the teaching and practice of Islam.
As my contribution towards enhancing the website and realising the full potential permit me to suggest the following:
1. The inclusion of weekly Friday Prayer Khutbahs in the resource pages of the website.
2. The creation of an Alumni page for registration of alumni, like obtains in facebook to facilitate communication between the Institute and the alumni and communication among alumni for the purpose of undertaking projects at the Institute.
3. The creation of course websites for the various programmes being run at the Institute.
4. The institution of Graduation Day, if there is none, and documentation of that event on the website.
5. The inclusion of a page for membership of the Governing Council as well as Academic Advisory Board for the various programmes run at the Institute.
6. Upgrading of the Institute into a full fledge University, if that has not been done already. And the subsequent review of its programmes to include professional programmes such that prospective students can graduate with combine Honours Degrees - e.g B.A Islamic Theology and Education, B.A. Islamic Theology and Business Administration, B.A. Islamic Law and Economics.
I guess it would be a novelty in Ghana and possibly the sub-region to launch such programmes and would go a long way to address the unemployment problem our muslim brothers and sisters face when they graduate with only Islamic Theology.
Jazkha Allahu Khairan
